Rosa & Jesse were fantastic. We explained that the mattress was for our cabin & that we had back issues. We love our Tempur-Pedic mattress at our home but did not budget for such an expensive mattress. They worked with us on the clearance 50% sale & also included the bundle for free at our request. It was the best mattress buying experience we have ever had. Also, Mattress Firm will deliver the mattress & haul away our old mattress…win-win!

You have a worker name Rosa. So hardworking, so patient, so accommodating. She knows what customer service means. The only problem is she was alone in the store tackling everything going all at the same time because there was no other worker. She did good but some customers may not like waiting and they leave. That's negative for business when customers are not attended in a timely manner. I waited. I felt bad for her as she was running around. I think this is called abuse for making her work by herself.
