Victoria was excellent. Her ability to zero in on exactly what we wanted, comfort and price wise, was almost surreal, she was that good! We are more than satisfied and pleased, anybody shopping for a new bed needs to at least visit her store.
Colin was excellent! Very knowledgeable and patient with us. He made it easy for us to make a big decision and feel good about it! I also appreciate that mattress firm has a great financing program and use and exchange policy. 120 days! No other store that I looked at prior to coming to mattress firm could match the policy.
Tyler was very helpful. Went beyond to help arrange for an item to be available for pickup along with our mattress. Very happy!
