A couple of weeks ago I sat down with Thomas at this location and he kindly went over my options of purchasing a California King box spring, I didn’t end up purchasing that day, but he told me I could call and place an order over the phone anytime. Yesterday I called and placed the order over the phone with Matthew at 9:30am and I am not kidding, they were white glove delivered by 6:30pm. Exceptional service and delivery by Thomas, Matthew and the delivery team!
Highly recommend this location of Mattress Firm. Matt was incredibly helpful. His customer service was off the charts. Would absolutely go there again.
