I came to the store to just look & get some pricing. The sales rep, Aaron, was very nice. He answered questions &:showed me several different styles of beds. He was not pushy in any way...just told me what I asked about. After a short time we thought it would be a good idea to get pre-qualified. So we did that & in a few minutes I had an answer. I selected the bed & box springs & we went on our way. All was handled politely & professionally. Thank you Aaron

Excellent customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend asking for Mathew if you visit this store!

The salesman greeted us as we entered the store. He listened to our wishes and guided us accordingly ... based on his expertise and our needs. We came to purchase a new bed for my friend and I ended up purchasung an upgrade for my guest room as well. No hard sale tactics, a very positive experience. Thanks Barry!
