Joe was very helpful and made our experience in buying a mattress very enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us in the right mattress for us.
I was very pleased with my mattress firm representative. She was very pleasant and didn’t push any thing on me. We had a wonderful mattress experience at Mattress Firm! Joe assisted us to figure out our sleeping issues and provided lots of information on the ones that he thought would meet our needs best. He was thorough, professional and a joy to work with! He let us “nap” on everything in the store!
