Michael [mike] was very professional and explained to me all the key details which helped me finalized the type of mattress. Overall a very good experience
In reality it's more like 4 1/2 stars, first time mattress shopping and overall pleasant experience. I personally could have used just a little more space/privacy after being shown mattresses and the sales pitch to converse with my partner about what we liked/wanted out the new mattress. But otherwise Mike was really great and considerate of our time!

5 stars for communication. Mike and Jon saved me time, narrowed down their selection. When I realized I had more room for an full, asked for adjustments to my order, Mike went above and beyond sorting out financing and discounts. Looking forward to sleeping cooler nights.
