We’ve been here a few times and have always been greeted by friendly and helpful staff. They did their best to find something within our budget and according to our individual sleep needs. We felt attended to and not pressured. We would purchase mattresses here again.
Got exactly what I wanted for less than I thought.
The sales process and rep that we had here at the Tannasborne location was a really nice guy. We have bought a handful of high end mattresses over the years and most recently a beauty rest black with the “Sleepy’s” adjustable base (head and foot adjustment). Unfortunately this review gets an absolute one star due to the overall management of this location when it came to the adjustable base failing in its first year.
