Daren is really great! We walked in not really sure what we wanted. Daren walked us through all the different hybrid types of beds as well as asked questions to understand what we like and do not like. We are so happy with the mattress we chose and Daren made us feel very confident about the decision.
Bed fell apart in a year and the warranty team refuses to do anything about it. 0/5 stars if I could. I will never shop here again and I intend to tell everyone I know to avoid this bait and switch.
