Makenna, had patience with us as we went through the selection process. She was knowledgeable and honest. She was not pushy and was there when we return the following day to make our selection. She wanted to ensure that we left being satisfied cusomers.
Makenna was awesome and helped us choose exactly what we needed. She has a great ability to read the room and make the right recommendations. I’d also like to thank Jason for being extremely accommodating to our needs.
Mckenna is seriously the best, she was patient not just with me deciding the firmness level, but with my children being at the store too. She was knowledgeable, patient, and did everything possible to get us what we wanted, in the prize we wanted. Her customer service alone deserves 5-stars!
