The sales trainee was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We paid with a check, (imagine that!) and the manager only had to help the trainee on a couple of items, but was patient with him, a rarity these days. No pressure to buy-up and were happy to sell us the $400 mattress, which my husband preferred to higher priced ones. Overall, great experience and has been our go to store for many years!! I highly recommend Mattress Firm and, particularly, the Baytown North location.
