Michael was great to deal with and extremely accommodating to our needs! We needed to adjust our delivery date and experienced no issues. We are extremely happy with our mattress purchase and are grateful for Mike’s help throughout the whole process!
I was welcomes when I walked through the doors. I had a list of criteria of what I was looking for. Spent some time, unrushed, trying out mattresses and features matching what I had listed on my wish list. I went a little over what I was figuring I would spend but It will all be worth it.
I dealt with Michael Lanza at the bay shore store and he was absolutely awesome. He answered all my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable and confidant in my purchase. Couldn’t ask for better. Highly recommend Michael.
Michael Lanza was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my concerns, questions, and made my decision easy. To top it off he was friendly and a pleasure to speak to.
The attention was really good
