This Holiday weekend we went to Mattress Firm in BayShore and were greeted by Frank at the front desk. He was so thorough explaining mattress options, no hard sell & overall pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend him.
Frank was my salesman. Nice guy. They also priced matched everything I purchased. Gave me a great deal. Very happy with them. I will be back for future purchases.
From start to finish, we had such a great experience. We did not feel like we were attacked walking in the front door from a person looking to make a sale. When we were approached by Frank, he said “I’m here if you have questions, make sure you test everything and I’ll leave you be.” From there he listened to our questions, gave professional feedback and he didn’t push us at all.
