Excellent service
We felt very comfortable working with George from the very beginning. We had to leave and return another day, but he never pressured us, unlike our experience at another chain store out of state. He remained calm and provided all the information we needed for our return. Because of his excellent customer service, we chose to return to his store when we were ready to make our purchase. George listened patiently and presented the options that best suited our needs. Overall, we had a wonderful experience working with him!
The salesman/sleep expert , George, was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the type of mattress that was best for me, which made the shopping experience so much more enjoyable and easy! I highly recommend this Mattress Firm location above all the others. The delivery of my Tempur-Pedic mattress and adjustable base along with the sheets and mattress cover were all delivered on time and also in a very professional manner. Delivery this afternoon by 2 men who did not give me any names, the only thing they said was: We are here to Deliver your New Mattress and Haul away the older one, they did it quickly and they were gone within minutes.
