Ziggy is 5 stars all the way. You should take care of that man. He really cares about his job.
Welcoming even though its quiet location. They are very helpful and patient when working with you. Definitely informative and supportive conversations! However, since it is a smaller store it doesn't have everything the Worcester Location does. Def worth going to this one regardless!

Visited the Mattress Firm in Auburn, MA and purchased a Beauty Rest Black mattress. I have never been more satisfied with the Sales Representative that assisted me choose what brand was best for me. The sales representative's name was "Ziggy". Ziggy answered all my questions about the different brands and explained the key difference between all the brands. Make sure you ask for Ziggy at the Auburn store if are shopping for a mattress.
