I'm 82 years old. I've had a lot of sales persons press me to buy their products. Yes, James is a salesman but he was a real person that we could talk to. A human not a programmed/trained person the company puts out on the floor. He adapted to our desires and showed us just what we wanted at the price we couldn't resist. We've slept on the new mattress one night and we're happy.
