My experience has been first class because of the customer service of EMILY . I wish there were more people as gifted in listening to the needs of the customer as EMILY ! She has bent over backwards to help me find the perfect mattress for my special needs . Because of EMILY , I will tell all my family and friends to go to Mattress Firm and look for EMILY , as she is the BEST!!!!
I was very pleased with the customer service by both Emily and the other team member. I felt as though my needs and concerns about an appropriate mattress were heard and time was taken to explore options. When the initial option did not work, I was so grateful for Emily’s understanding and her efforts to find the best mattress for my health concerns. I could not have asked for better service.
