My experience with Mattress Firm Aspen Hill could not have been better. I ordered over the phone, and Emily was kind, professional, and personable. She helped me figure out what I wanted and get a great price. The mattress was delivered on time, and I’ll be a repeat customer.
I had an exceptional experience with Winston who explained construction and sleep benefits of various mattresses. He encouraged me to lay on different mattresses before selecting one. He also explained return policy and had me verify the terms of the sale before signing off. I give his service 5 stars!!
Great service from Emily and her team. She was very informative on options that met our preferences for a new bed, and very friendly and patient while we wrangled our two little ones. While not related to our most recent visit, we learned from a previous purchase NOT to get the universal metal bed frame that you can order from Mattress Firm. From the moment my wife and I stepped through the door. Leanna was very professional and answered all are questions. She was super patient while we looked are and made are decision on the dream cloud plush pillow top. Today the delivery team did an excellent job and were very fast yet very professional as well.
We worked with Emily who was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Emily started by asking about our needs, and then offered us three options for our consideration. We made our choice and she was very helpful with fair pricing. We would seek out Emily for any subsequent mattress need.
