I worked with Samantha to purchase a bed frame for our guest room. I was in a hurry because another company let us down and didn’t deliver in time and we needed the bed frame right away. She listened to my problem, made suggestions, helped me measure to make sure I was buying the right thing, checked stock at other stores, and helped me reserve what I needed over the phone. I had initially asked about the 3% cashback rewards program with my purchase that exceeded $1700 and I am hoping that this will be extended to me since I had to return to the showroom twice and had asked about it twice and it was not addressed in my sale and then I was told that I did not qualify because I chose a four year plan as opposed to a two-year plan but that was not disclosed to me
