On Saturday August 2nd, 2025, I wondered into the Alameda Mattress Firm store to find a cooling mattress topper. I ended up remembering how my body aches when I wake and I started looking at new mattress’s. Mr . I found a great mattress online, and called the MattressFirms in our area to find it in store! This store did have it and I got to lay on the tester and had it packed in my truck within 20 minutes of the call! Super helpful staff and easy quick purchase!
When I came into Mattress Firm I expected the same old high pressure sales tactics that come with every place that wants your consumer dollar. I was pleasantly surprised that I received Phillip Brown's friendly, attentive, no pressure personality. He took time to explain the why's and how's of different products.
