Brad at the Rochester location was very helpful. Had to pick up mattress at another location close by but was able to get it same day. The mattress was a good deal for what we needed.
First of all AILI was our sales lady and she was spectacular beyond helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, and gave me the best deal she could. I tried out the mattress. She let me stay there a long time I am handicap and have issues of getting up on the bed and that so she was very, very kind and allowing me extra time to enjoy the bed. I just bought a mattress from the store and had a really good experience. Brad was awesome, he was very knowledgeable, personable, and helped guide me to a mattress that best fit me. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you need a mattress
