Great Customer Service We came in right before closing and Adela was very nice. She helped us pick a great mattress in our price range and gave us a very good deal. Highly Recommended.
No warranty claim at all The bed I bought from this company is garbage and hurt our back due to manufacture fault. Then we are told to claim the warranty. The customer service asked us to follow several rules. 2 weeks later they sent a certified inspector. finally we were told that we can get the credit only if we buy a new bed in any MD store within a month When we went to the store the sales were rude when they knew we have a credit. Avoid like the plague ! My experience with this place was outright terrible. The sales people would lie you in your face, deny all responsibility for their own errrors, and then will blame you for their own incompetence. During the purchase, the salesman (Bob Bonab) promised that the delivery crew will call me one hour ahead of time, so that I won't have to spend numerous hours waiting at home. disgusting This is the worst store I have been in USA...Mattress over there not worth of single penny and the sales person is not even worth of anything. Even single star is not worth of store.
Crooks! Do not buy a mattress from here! They sell used mattresses as new!! We purchased a king tempurpedic mattress at the Stevens Creek location and exchanged it for a cal king only to receive a used mattress. We know it is used because it is much softer than the king mattress was. They are not willing to rectify the problem which leads me to believe that their level of customer service is non-existant!
I'll be honest I've never been in a Sleep Train, and never will. How can prices be so low, yet they can afford 40-50 TV spots per day per station, brand new ads every holiday, AND closed captioning sponsoring ALL the newscasts? I can't sleep with that train whistle blasting every 15 minutes.
Great store! We bought here after seeing their ads on all the TV and radio we like to watch. They have a deal where if you order before 2 pm you can get it delivered that day, and they'll take your old mattress with them. We love our mattress we bought there and will go again the next time.
Not the greatest service We went out to l;ook for my son a new twin bed. We thought there was another customer trying out the new foam mattress, turns out it was another employee. Never got any help. They were too busy playing.
GO to a Department store o We bought a mattress, left side had no filling at all. We had not slept in it until after the thirty days. They refuse to exchange. We submitted warranty. took 6 weeks. Had to pay $25 for the warranty investigator to come out. He said if the base is not excellent or there is any stain, it will void the warranty. I said but this is faulty regardless of that.
