The store rep, Stuart, was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole buying process. He gave us many options and offered up suggestions that met our criteria even if the price was lower. We tried the BeautyRest Black series but ultimately did not like it after a week trial. It was a medium and should had stuck with a firm. We replaced it with a Stearn and Foster Reserved series that was firm and thus far have been happy.
