we have purchased previously from this store and had great service and attention from its staff.today we walked in to place another order for mattresses for the kids and we were treated with very little attention and rudely by mark. he was the only one there we waited for him to finish with his clients and then we were treated rudely and without attention. we will never return here we suggest you do the same, if you need a mattress there are plenty other places. mark should re visit his customer service classes. .
