Back to Bed Great experience. Sharon Dioger was very knowledgeable & helpful. She helped us with a warranty issue & gave us a great deal. I would strongly recommend stopping in to see Sharon for your mattress needs. You don't see customer service like this anymore.
Replacing a water bed Coming from a water bed that I liked, but was getting old, I wanted a bed that supported me similar to the water bed. I looked at Tempur-Pedic and miForma soft. Both were very good mattresses, but the miForma response time when getting on the bed was much faster, support was very good (firm but not to firm), and the cost was much better than the Tempur-Pedic. BEWARE OF RALPH DOTE AND BACK-TO-BED STORES! This is by far the worst retail experience I have ever had. Not many people expect a 20 year old to be looking for a new bed, especially a Tempur-Pedic which retails around $2,000. Ralph Dote was nice at the very beginning, only because he saw potential commission to be made and he did anything in his power to keep us in the store, whether it was telling us about his experiences in building homes to stories about his children's weekend escapades. Love My Bed! We purchased a bed from this store and the manager of the store Ron was sooo very helpful. He answered all of our questions and has great customer service skills. We purchased our bed from him that day and he also gave us the best price compared to the other competition. Ron even helped us pick the right bed. We love our bed till this day. I noticed prior reviews about Ralph Dote and I don't know him however if you go to this store just ask for Ron.
VERY HAPPY with Mi Forma Relieve As my fiancee and I walked into the store Ralph Dote greeted us. Super guy that represents the company well. We asked questions about mattresses as I have bad lower back pain and my fiancee has lower back and shoulder pain. We associated our pain the the crumby year old mattress I bought.
