Tanika expertly helped us with the right mattress for my elderly mother's needs while Tyler expertly and patiently helped us get the right brackets on delivery day when the older model of the heads-up base brackets were delivered instead of the newer model's brackets. Tanika listened to our relaying mom's specifications on how Mom wanted her mattress to perform and what mom's issues with many mattresses are.
