All-around good buying experience I recently moved to the area and was in need of a new mattress. Fault Mattress - Mattress Firm fixed the problem After shopping around several mattress sellers we decided on Mattress Firm bc of the pricing, brands and staff. We originally purchased an Outlet mattress from a showroom in VB. We were extremely dissatisfied with the mattress. It was defective almost immediately, but without a warranty due to its "Outlet" status. Great Customer Service Ricardo was great from the moment we walked in the door. He gave great customer service and was very informative, not to mention very prepared for customers with kids. Great job and great service!

Great place to buy beds Great place to buy beds. Ricardo was great helping us find what type of bed we wanted. They were great with kids.

Great place to purchase a mattress! My husband and I have recently purchased 3 mattresses from the Mattress Firm at Hilltop Plaza. The employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us select a comfortable, high-quality mattress each time. We were even able to get a military discount on top of their already low prices!

Love our mattress! Ricardo was very helpful in helping us pick out just the right mattress, and the customer service at the Hilltop location was great. Highly recommended.

Love this place and our mattress!! Extremely happy with the mattress we bought here with Ricardo's help. He was professional and understanding, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Went to several other places before we bought here, and I'd do it again without a doubt.

So glad we went there!! My husband and I had been stressing over what mattress to buy. Finally we decided to visit Mattress Firm. So glad we did! Ricardo was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all! I will go back there again!
