If I could give zero I would!!!! My husband and I were sold a "returned mattress" at a reduced price. We didn't see the mattress as it was at the outlet store but was assured that their pre certified preowned mattress was inspected. We have had the mattress for a week and initially its great however the one-piece mattress is literally sliding and has become uneven.
