Friendly and knowledgeable. Dylan may have got the ball rolling but Shanel scored with the sale. They did a great job and we will have our new purple mattress and frame delivered in two days.

Shanel is my sister from another mother!!! She was an absolute joy to work with and she earned her pay with us. She was funny and patient. She did a great job at getting us what we desired at a cost we could do. She even did a great job at juggling 3 purchases at the same time. It was fun and I would highly recommend Mattress Firm for all bedding needs.
