Wade is very knowledgeable and very good
I went to the Columbia store and Shirley was professional and patient. She worked with me to find the right mattress. I had previously talked to Dylan on the phone and he was very professional too. When my mattress was delivered Gabriel and Wesley were kind and professional making sure the base was the height I needed. Thank you !
Over priced for quality understaffed no boxsprings or bed frames in store. Your better off going to Nashville furniture store in Columbia wish I would’ve known about them before I got my mattress from mattress firm their quality and prices are much better and they actually have bed frames and box springs there.
10/10 experience! Was able to get my mattresss the same day and the worker was so very kind. would definitely recommend
