Good customer service
Sales person was very helpful and a nice person. Great future ahead for him!!!
My boyfriend and I bought a 1700$(on sale!) mattress here about 2yrs ago....complete garbage. Soon after the 30 day warranty was up it wore unevenly and now gives us backaches. Yes...we rotated as we were told to do. It also had a remote to incline...which suddenly quit working. Left a msg about that issue and never got a response...luckily we FINALLY got it to "uncline". We will never shop here again and worn others about our experience
The employee was very nice, knowledgeable and attentive. He noticed what kind of mattress we were into and gave some advise that helped to narrow down our search for the right mattress!
