I couldn’t recommend this business more highly. When our mattress was delivered I realized *I* made a mistake in the size I ordered. They have quickly moved to fix the problem and not even charging me extra—again, for my mistake. So grateful. It feels like old school customer service, when businesses truly prioritized customer satisfaction over profit.
