Informative and helpful, listened to my needs,
I called the Eden Prairie, MN Mattress Firm to place an order (on 3/19/2025) for a queen mattress and box spring. I felt a little uncomfortable about ordering one online. I forget the name of the individual I worked with. It was flawless! Every question I asked was answered. They even made it convenient for me to have it shipped to a closer store for pick up! Mattress Firm in Eden Prairie has been great to work with! Scooter went above and beyond to help us figure out best mattress for our needs. He was patient and not pushy at all. One of the mattresses we purchased had a defect in it when it was delivered and all the staff was very eager to make it right and get replacement delivered. Very happy with services and all employees were great to work with, but Scott especially.
