Quick, efficient with excellent products. I was looking for something for a guest bedroom and Darius helped me out.
We did most of it research online and when we went into the store to test out a few mattresses, we had a great buying experience with sales representative Donald. He knew we had been online and was not pushy or salesy at all. He stilled showed us various models, answered all of our questions, and gave us time to think about it. We left without buying at first and said we would be back and we were about 30 mins later and bought a new mattress. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to purchase a new mattress.
Great Service by Josh! He was an incredible representative of Mattress Firm. Very knowledgeable about his products making sure to explain all the advantages and disadvantages of each bed. He made buying a bed very enjoyable!
