My great experience.... I puchased a mattress from Mattress Firm in August of 2008 and I have enjoyed the mattress but resently it started having some issues so I contacted Mattress Firm and they sent out a warranty rep which reviewed the mattress and told he it looked like the mattress had some serious issues. The wonderful part was I got a letter telling me to go into any Mattress Firm store and pick out a new mattress I had a store credit for 799.99 which was the price I paid 2 years ago.
