I purchased a new mattress from Linda Romero two months ago and had the easiest and most enjoyable experience. She was very helpful. Fast forward two months and the mattress is not quite as comfortable as I had anticipated it to be. She had told me to try it out for a few months and if I wasn't satisfied then to bring it back and exchange it for a different one. Today I did just that.
