Our experience at mattress firm was nothing short of exceptional. Greg Johnson ( store manager) was a great help. He was kind and friendly and never pushy.
Greg are salesperson, answered all of our questions. We did not feel pressured to get the most expensive mattress. Set up a delivery time that was very convenient for us. Great service, great customer experience.
Salesperson explained everything but was with another customer. Prices were high went home and purchased a Nectar mattress online.
I was helped by Gregory Johnson when I came in looking for a particular bed frame, in little to no time he found what I was asking for no problem. My whole experience was exceptional!
The only negative comment was I thought it was same day delivery Ran home moved old mattress and box springs. Called Mattress Firm and alerted then delivery hasn't been done He called me back and realized with all the problems trying to finance the delivery date rolled over to next day
