Excellent service! I can’t thank Mattress firm enough! James went over and beyond to help us get a mattress for my sick spouse delivered ASAP! Julian and Shawn were amazing and very helpful in showing me how to use the bed! They made sure I knew what additional parts were used for! If I can rate them 100000 I would! I went to pick up the mattresses at your warehouse in Abq. and the guys didn't even help me tie the mattresses down in the back of my truck. I'm 66 years old and handicapped it hurt me doing that .Not happy with them people.
I had a great experience through the transaction. Carlos Flores is very knowledgeable and helpful. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to get but he guided me and made it easy.
