I recently was in need of a mattress. I went to several chains and Mattress Fair. I purchased my mattress at Mattress Fair. The store had a great selection, the owner was friendly, and the price was great. No haggling, no add ons for a box spring, delivery, a frame, and removal of my old mattress. The price is the price. They delivered when promised and I love my new mattress. I highly recommend Mattress Fair.
I know there are a million places to buy a mattress, BUT Mattress Fair in Whitehall is so great and should be your first choice. We bought a bed from them three years ago, and it ended up having a manufacturer defect. They so quickly and efficiently replaced it for us at no cost, even for delivery and removal of old mattress. Highly recommend!!
Shopped at two other places. One place kept trying to sell us something we couldn't afford, the other place wouldn't offer free delivery. We walked into Mattress Fair and was greeted by the owner. We told him what we were looking for and our price range. He only showed us mattresses in that range and didn't try to push us towards ones at a higher price. Frank & Tina are the best. No pushy salesman trying to sell you what you don't really need like the large chains. Have purchased 4 mattresses from them in the last 20 yrs and could not be more satisfied with the quality and price. Great family run business.
Everything about this family owned business is outstanding! Immaculate show room, very knowledgeable about all the mattresses, delivered on time by the owner himself!! The owners, Frank and Tina are who you talk to and deal with from start to finish - they are nice great people that provide excellent customer service! Highly recommended!
