After spending an entire month shopping for the perfect mattress and visiting at least five different mattress stores, Mattress Factory Outlet was hands down the best experience we had. The staff found the perfect balance of being helpful without hovering. They answered every question we had, gave us all the information we needed, and then let us take our time. Walked in and we were greeted with fantastic customer service. We are so satisfied with our bed that I would definitely recommend them to everyone who wants a great night sleep. Kyle was on point with our bed setup and delivery even during a rain shower. Thanks MFO we are so glad we choose you guys.
