Had a great sales person Teresa in Oneida, NY. says it will be shipped out on Monday or Tuesday. and now here it is Thursday and still hasn't shipped and they "can't do anything about it" at the store to see whats going on. Just told me to wait for it to be shipped. Soooo you CAN tell me it will be shipped Monday or Tuesday, but CAN'T tell me why it wasn't actually shipped at that time. I had bought a bunk bed less than a year ago and the side rail split while my daughter was climbing up the ladder. I've been calling for days for either a replacement part or another set. I keep getting from them they cannot get ahold of the manufacturer for the warranty because they are only a third party, seriously! Meanwhile my daughter is sleeping on a mattress on the floor! Strongly wish I paid more at a furniture store!
