Stay away! Horrible customer service. Manager was rude on my request to return an unopened, over price pillow cover they upsold to my 84 year old mother. I understand the sanitation issues that prevent returning bedding like mattresses and pillows but linens - which are even labeled to be laundered prior to first use - are different. Any department store in the area accepts returns on these kinds of items however the manager's response was a very short, rude, "NO returns, read your contract." DO NOT SHOP HERE. I own a small business and I realize how much these reviews can help or hurt a business, so I do not take these lightly and I rarely use them. But this story needs to be shared. I attempted to purchased a mattress here and this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had as a consumer. First, I was double charged.
