The owners are the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, UNPLEASANT I have ever met. They have actually called competitors and said very nasty things and called from their own cell phone. They do sell floor models and lie and tell people they're new. They tell people what they want to hear, then they will never help them if they have a problem. They should not be allowed to even own a business. Don't buy from them, you'll regret it. Not a good experience.
Untrustworthy Sales/ Horrible Service and Product – One star is being polite...purchasing a mattress through this store was an extremely unpleasant experience. For some unknown reason, purchasing a simple mattress set for a spare bedroom turned into the biggest ordeal. Purchased much larger ticket items including our house for less hassle!! So odd.
