Follow up 8 months after purchase: The mattress, and adjustable support frame have been excellent. We love our purchase. But we realized that the frame is a few inches too high and we need help lowering the legs. Even thought it is now 8 months after our purchase, Josh, the sales manager made time to come to our house and advise us on what we need to lower the bed.
