I was in a hurry last minute shopping for new boxsprings and mattresses for our river camp in Demopolis. I called Shane at Mattress Express and he hooked me up with everything i needed, over the phone!! By the time I drove from Demopolis to Meridian he had everything put together for me. I was going to be after the warehouse closed to pick up mattresses. But Shane took care of that too!! He had the mattresses brought to the store, waiting on me. Shopping for a new mattress was a pleasure at Mattress Express Meridian. Mr. Haygood was very informative about all the options, no high pressure sales tactics. He is very much a professional, and we highly recommend him.

GREAT customer service by a very knowledgeable staff. Mattress pickup at their warehouse was really slow and seemed to take forever even though there was plenty of staff that could have helped. Seemed to me that the majority of them were teen aged and were more worried about cutting up with each other instead of helping me out. Was a little frustrating, but finally got my stuff and got outta there.

I'm a side sleeper and I was looking for a pillow to support my neck and shoulders. Shane was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what would probably work best for me. Thank you, Shane for a very pleasant experience.
