Friendly staff, no hassle or pressure, and a good selection with good prices. Liked it a lot.

First, the experience, Shane, thank you for making this quick and easy. I was in and out in a flash. Friendly and expert service. Second, the warehouse was ready when I arrived and loaded quickly. Third, the mattress met all my expectations and slept like a fat baby on Enfamil.
The bed is good, but .... The delivery service was a NIGHTMARE!!! They were REALLY LATE, didn't care, pulled into our driveway, didn't get out, and were eating. All the driver could do was give excuses and act like it wasn't his fault -- he did. not. care!! They couldn't even figure out how to get the remote for the bed working!!! UPDATE: The salesperson did finally contact me and was super nice. He came to our house to be sure the bed was assembled correctly and provided us a free mattress protector.
