I bought a king size Tempur-Pedic pro adapt medium hybrid. I was promised a really good box spring ,but when It was delivered it wasn't the one I was promised.The bate and switch. I did call them out and he told to bring them back he would exchange them ,but at that time everything was all set up . Also the bed was 2 inches to short instead of being 76x80 it was 74x80 .
