We were pleased with every aspect of buying our mattress set through Rick with mattress direct of South salt lake. We love how easy we were approved, we were in and out within 30 minutes. I just came from this store. Went in to buy 2 mattress sets, came out buying 3. Rick was so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The mattresses are All so nice, the store was clean and the purchase process was a "No Pressure" process. I will defiantly refer my family & friends to this store.
Update: We bought our mattress back in June and discovered that the box spring was so squeaky and loud it was hard to sleep. Mattress Direct customer service was very eager to help us and get the problem solved. Easy to work with and they care about your satisfaction.
