I was not able to be there in person per being in another state, however I received a great referral from a good friend! It is a little risky to buy a mattress without trying it, but Charles asked questions about what my husband and I are comfortable with, and made an accurate assessment on that. I purchased two mattresses from Charles in 2017 and it was awesome service. I purchased two mattress in March 2022 and he gave awesome service again and went beyond the call of duty to satisfy my mom who had a problem with her mattress. His prices are great. Unlike other companies when you call and say you have a problem Charles rectifies very quickly. If anyone need a mattress I would recommend Charles and his company. If I could give 100 stars for his customer service I would.
