Can say enough about Jake and Mattress Direct Melbourne. We had just purchased a home in Melbourne and didn’t want to go to one of the box stores. We made an appointment and Jake went into detail about the different options. We purchase the Mlily Midnight Ice 3.0.. This mattress is absolutely amazing, we love it. Now we want to buy another for our Mountain Home. Don’t waste your time or money going to one of the box stores, Thanks JAKE
These guys are top notch! We described what we wanted to Jake and he came up with exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a California King so it had to be ordered but arrived at our home at the promised time and date. We has a special issue, move one mattress to a different room, dispose of that mattress and put the new mattress in the master. All done pleasantly with no issues in about 15 minutes.
