They lied to me. I never received box springs for the bed. Delivery was scheduled twice because of them. Only a 1 hour notice before delivery. Delivery guys were great but the lies about what I was getting is just BS. We purchased last year from them and everything was fine but this year no. I will no longer do business with them.

I got a bed from them and I was told it would be a week and a half before delivery. I was told I would receive a call the day before with the time they would deliver. No call no delivery. I called them. Another day was scheduled. Once again no call the day before like promised. I got a computer call one hour before their arrival. Not pleased with service.

Sales person was very helpful and we decided to make the purchase for a whopping $9,300.00.  My husband has Parkinson’s and I have numerous physical disabilities. Sales person assured us the delivery people would move our bed to another bedroom, but the delivery men refused to deliver the bed because they were NOT going to move the bed to another bedroom , and their supervisor told them by phone the didn’t have to move the bed.  The bed never came off the truck, and they left.  The owner called the next day to apologize and ... read more
