We bought a mattress in August with no issues, we were told that if the mattress doesn’t work as expected, we can always exchange it and try another one. We can do this 4x in two years without questions ask, we just have to purchase a $100 mattress protector just in case we have to return it. Which we did. We came back today to exchange it and were told that we have to pay $169.99 delivery fee this time(we picked it up the last time since we live close to the store).
