Update: The store called the next day and agreed to just have us drop off and pick up the exchanged mattress from their other location. “Our boss does not want an unhappy customer”. Thank you for listening, that made us indeed happy customers. We bought a mattress in August with no issues, we were told that if the mattress doesn’t work as expected, we can always exchange it and try another one. Brian was so awesome helping my mom choose a new bed and adjustable base as an alternative to an at home hospital bed. So happy with the kindness, humor, service and pricing. My mom felt very comfortable with the whole process.
