I had an excellent experience at matress by appointment, he was very friendly (and not to pushy like big box store sales people) amd knowledgeable about his products, any questions I asked was answered with a quick response. Delivery was on time and again very polite and respectable when Delivering. I've had the matress for a week and love it!!! Thank you for everything you are amazing .

The entire process from beginning to end was smooth and easy! Gourav is so kind and accommodating, he helped me choose a mattress that would both give me the right support and keep me cool at night. The showroom is clean and there were lots of mattresses to test out, and Gourav was great at explaining the pros and cons of each one. Because of this, I felt like I was making an informed decision.
