Place looks abandoned. Was in contact with an online seller who never showed up for the appointment and stopped responding. Showed up and everything was locked and closed, even the computer is missing from the front desk. Looks like a front business.

Went better then expected, Joe was very helpful answered my questions and helped me through the process wasn't as bad as I thought. First time buying a mattress too wasn't rushed into buying what I didn't need, felt comfortable. Price was fair too. Delivered to my house same day too!

We had the best experience with Dylan at Mattress by Appointment. He wasn't pushy at all, which I was actually worried about with my first time ever buying a mattress. Was able to let him know kind of what I was looking for, and he helped us pick out the perfect mattress, and was more than happy to help us leave with exactly what we wanted. We took some business cards and will be recommending to anyone we know looking for a mattress. Thank you SO much Dylan!!
