My fiance and I showed up to our appointment with Dottie a few minutes early and were met with smiling faces and a welcoming staff. Although I showed up in a vehicle that wasn’t really suitable for carrying my mattress home, the deal was so good they supplied us with the straps and ropes to get the job done. Along with the plastic tarp to shield our purchase from the rain. 10/10 would recommend. :)
