We purchased a king mattress for our master bedroom and a queen mattress for our spare room from Johnny. He talked my husband into also purchasing new platforms, claiming that box springs were horrible for mattresses, would ruin them quickly, and therefore leave the mattress warranty void. He also talked my husband into purchasing mattress protectors, again claiming that if there was any damage at all to the mattress, the warranty would be void.
