I got my mattress from Mattress By Appointment about a year ago, and it’s been really good. The prices and deals were amazing, and the customer service was great too. He was super nice and explained all the different types of mattresses really well. Overall it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend going there! :)

Jonny was very nice to talk to today. He is very clear and upfront on all of his prices. He has been a huge help for me. Can't recommend enough especially in a pinch

Absolutely blown away by my experience with Mattress By Appointment! I can’t believe I almost overpaid at a big box store—these guys had the exact same quality mattresses for half the price. No gimmicks, no pressure—just genuine, helpful service. He was incredibly friendly and patient, never pushy, and truly cared about helping me find the right fit instead of just making a sale. We purchased a king mattress for our master bedroom and a queen mattress for our spare room from Johnny. He talked my husband into also purchasing new platforms, claiming that box springs were horrible for mattresses, would ruin them quickly, and therefore leave the mattress warranty void. He also talked my husband into purchasing mattress protectors, again claiming that if there was any damage at all to the mattress, the warranty would be void.
