I had a great experience AGAIN at Mattress By Appt in Henderson! He was very responsive via FB Messenger because I hate talking on the phone. I sent him pictures of a tag of my mom’s mattress that we bought there 3 years ago (and have been very happy with) and he had the exact one I wanted! I was able to pick it up at my convenience! I made my very first purchase today from Mattress By Appointment in Henderson. The customer service was ABOVE & BEYOND. I dealt with Mrs. Amy. I highly recommend this place. Not only are the prices affordable. But, the customer service I received sold me the mattress. It’s hard to find places that are that helpful and extremely nice. This will not be my last purchase.
