We visited the store in September of 2024 looking for a mattress. As a designer I test mattresses at market that are mostly purchased for the hospitality industry. We went to this store to buy a Serta Perfect Sleeper Pillow top mattress. Once there we were steered to the foam mattresses that had a cooling feature. We purchased the mattress and the box support which is only plywood and a light weight covering and had to return after 1 month.
