Took our ATV down to have possibly repaired and it took several months ( we understood with the pandemic), but not even a phone call. Then when we finally got a diagnosis ( which took 2 weeks), and picked it up, parts were missing!!!! When I called about the missing parts, I got an "Oh, boy anything else missing"? question from the technician. And he is going to look for the missing parts in his shop!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Had these guys send my jug out for plating(no gouges, just worn) and had them clean it along with the power valve assembly(barely moved, after was free). Had them order my gasket kit along with piston and rings.(great prices, and help with selection) Redoing the jug cost more than the quoted price, and took longer then told as well. Next time if having them do any machining or sending out of parts ill be sure to have parts to them well ahead of time to make sure I'm not waiting. The quality was on though. Looked like new. I was in need of a rear brake MC cover for my late model gas gas. Unfortunately gas gas only sells the item with the complete MC for high price. The guys at matto did research to find what brand had a crossover part. It came up as a Yamaha part and even though they are not a Yamaha dealer they sourced the part for me. Also we are only talking about a $9 part. They went above and beyond for just a $9 part. These guys are GREAT!!
