I moved in to Mattison ave in July of 2024. I have been treated with respect throughout the whole leasing process. Nicole has helped me navigate the entire process and has answered all my questions. I previously worked in uptown for 20 years and the highland park for 3 years after closing my uptown salon. I’m moving into Mattison Avenue next week, and Nicole has seriously been amazing! I was about to order a bunch of stuff for my suite, but she looked at it and was like, “Let’s try something else.” Her suggestions made way more sense, so now I’m returning everything and starting over. I’m so thankful for her help and she really knows her stuff. The place is super clean, the people seem awesome, and I’m actually excited now instead of stressed!
I had such a great experience securing my salon suite here! The process was super easy and smooth from start to finish. Nicole was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful every step of the way. She made everything feel effortless, and I’m so excited to be working out of this beautiful space!
Nicole isn’t a Good person to Manage any location. She non existence. Don’t respond to requests nor emergencies, I won’t be renewing my lease.., I will report to corporate why , this is unfair to my clients. As we sit in a cold hallway, she never answers!
I have to say I’ve enjoyed my experience here so far. I love my suite and the location! It’s conveniently located by all things shopping! Lol! My clients are immediately excited when I tell them where I’m at. Nicole is the best! She’s been so patient and informative with my needs and questions. Thank you MSSS! 🧡
