Sam white was one of the best technicians I've had come to my house. He was very thorough (even found issues i hadn't noticed but absolutely needed to be fixed), personally and answered all my questions in an understandable but not condescending way (which i get alot being a female).
Quick response and excellent work readily explained for a reasonable price. Highly recommend
